Tobias the ink hound

Tobias also known as Toby is an animal that lives under a place called the Worlds Order and Record Department Society, or WORDS. WORDS is kind of like a combination of The House from the book series Keys to the Kingdom series by Garth Nix and the Central Bureaucracy in the Futurama tv show. The WORDS is an institution that exist in the world and in its own dimension. The WORDS has many buildings at many different points in the world, all of different shapes and sizes. They are all connected to the Main WORDS dimension and are bigger than they appear on the inside. The WORDS  are responsible for the preservation of all knowledge in our world and have copies and originals of any and all things that have words on them. Written words, letters, and sentences have great power in the WORDS dimension and with them employees can create almost anything with them. The secret partly lies in how words are arranged and the quality of ink used. Underneath all WORDS buildings are rivers of ink. It is the job of the ink keepers to refine ink to give it power. Toby is a pet of one of the ink keepers and his fur has become stained by the ink from swimming in it for so long. Toby is very large and two fully grown people could ride on his back.   

Have been thinking about this idea for a while and really like how Toby came out, the river of ink could use some more work
